Is the most annoying thing I have ever had to do...Asks for a citation number....nope can't seem to fucking find it on my ticket, second time already I've had to pick a random number and hope for the best.

NO! You have to pick them up IN PERSON, with your ID, but only between 15th January and 15th February
Had to take a 3 hour bus ride with my GF (as it was her credit card and she had never been to Bs.As.), then a 2-hour ferry from Uruguay to Argentina, then spend a whole day walking in Bs.As and then the same thing back... at least it was a good summer day out :).
But Ticketek's service sucked.

Last time I checked Brazil's internet was all over the place, so I don't know what to say about on-line ticket sales service...
